You can request to activate a “Cooling-Off” period on WSOPonline.com that allows you to take a break from real money play for:
7 days, 14 days, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, or 5 months.
Once you submit a Cooling-Off request:
- Only your WSOP NJ account will be suspended for the duration selected.
- WSOPonline.com will ensure you do not receive promotional offers.
- Withdrawals will remain available during the Cooling-Off period.
- Your account will automatically re-open when the selected period ends.
🛑 Cooling-Off requests cannot be reversed once submitted.
To request a Cooling-Off period:
- Click your avatar/profile icon
- Select Responsible Gaming Limits
- Under Account Restrictions, click Cooling Off
